Return and Exchange Policy

All Sales Are Final
At MaddieMayShop, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges under normal circumstances. However, in special cases, we will consider returns if the item meets specific eligibility criteria.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where to send your package. Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

We want you to love your purchase! If your order is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please inspect it upon arrival and contact us immediately. We’ll work with you to evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom Products: Special orders or personalized items
  • Personal Care Items: Such as Our waist Beads
  • Sale Items and Gift Cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a replacement item is to return the eligible item for a refund (once approved) and place a new order for the desired product.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. Items must meet the same eligibility criteria mentioned above and include proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
